||Tej Grewal (President): Tej
is an associate with Radoslovich Krogh, Professional Corporation. Tej's

|Robin Basra (Vice President): Robin
is a staff attorney with the California State Lottery. Previously,
Robin worked as a litigation associate at a local private firm. Robin
his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics from UC San
Diego and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pacific, McGeorge
School of Law.
(Treasurer): Latika is currenty in her 6th year at Wilke, Fleury,
Hoffelt, Gould, & Birney, LLP. Her practice focuses on health care
and insurance regulatory matters, medical negligence, hospital
liability and business transactions. When she is not working, she likes
to work with organizations such as OrFan International Project, Big
Brother Big Sister Program, and My Sister's House. Latika Sharma
attended the University of California, Berkeley for her undergraduate
studies and obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2007 from the University of
California, Davis School of Law.
||Brad Coutinho (Secretary): Brad
is an associate attorney at Smith, McDowell & Powell, A Law
Corporation. Brad's practice specializes in business transactions,
commerical and general civil litgation, employment, real estate, and
construction matters. Brad obtained his undergraduate degree in
Politics and Legal Studies from UC Santa Cruz and his Juris Doctor from

||Sonia Fernandes (Member At Large): Sonia
Fernandes is a Senior Attorney with the California Department of
Managed Health Care, Office of Plan Licensing. In addition to
serving on the SABA board, she is the Treasurer of Women Lawyers of
Sacramento, on the Friends (advisory) Committee of My Sister's House, a
non-profit organization dedicated to helping survivors of domestic
violence, and Secretary of the C.K. McClatchy High School Law and
Public Policy Academy Advisory Committee.
In 2010, Sonia was awarded the Jack Berman Award of Achievement by the
California Young Lawyers Association, and in October 2011, she was
named by Sacramento Magazine as one of "12 Women to Watch" in the
Sacramento region. Sonia was also the recipient of SABA's
Community Service Award at the Unity Bar Dinner in 2012. She
obtained her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice Administration
from San Jose State University, and a Juris Doctor from the University
of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
|Mirwais Haider (Student Liaison): Mirwais
is a law student at McGeorge School of Law. Prior to coming to law
school, Mirwais obtained his undergraduate degree from UC Davis. In
addition to serving as SABA of Sacramento's McGeorge Student Liaison,
Mirwais is also the Vice President for the Day Division and the
President of the Middle Eastern and South Asian Association (MESAA) at
McGeorge School of Law.
Gagan Kaur (Student Liaison): Gagan
earned her Bachelor's Degree in History from UCLA before deciding to
attend UC Davis School of Law where she is the Submissions Chair for
the Journal of International Law and the Networking Chair for the
Middle Eastern and South Asian Law Students Association. Gagan spent
last summer at the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and
hopes to expand her interest in public interest and social work.
